1. Assist the QS in the overall contract administration/coordination of assigned projects

2. Assist the pre and post contact tasks, including tender/contract

3. To liaise effectively with team, consultants and contractors.

4. Perform take‑offs, prepare Bills of Quantities (BQ), cost breakdowns and pricing analyses for pre‑ and post‑tender stages.

5. Compile all required tender documents and ensure timely submission in accordance with project deadlines.

6. Handle tenders including compilation of tender and contract documents.

7. Attending all relevant meetings

8. Calling quotations, compilation, negotiation and finalization to facilitate management decision

**Requirement**
- Possess a Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
- At least 1-2 years of working experience in the related field.
- Fresh graduates are encourage to apply.
- Possess good interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills
- Self-motivated and computer literate

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Selayang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Quantity Surveyor: 1 year (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Green Card (preferred)

**Location**:

- Selayang (preferred)
