Your principal responsibilities as Lecturer are as follows: 1. To prepare and organize lecturer’s notes, tutorials, assignments, course work, examinations, and the marking of papers. 2. Conducting lectures, tutorials, or training in accordance with the course objectives outcomes set by the college and ministry. 3. To perform any related documentation, and reports of academic documents 4. Be part of the preparation of any relatable audit and compliance inspection by any relevant government entities, ministries, external bodies, NGOs, and colleges / universities. 5. Facilitate any group of students designated. 6. To carry out admin duties such as meeting arrangement, preparation of minutes and circulation, reporting to management on faculty core files/ISO documents 7. Attend faculty/department/company events, when necessary 8. Other academic administrative tasks given by the Management. Requirement 1. Minimum bachelor's degree in Education (TESL) 2. Minimum 2 years working experience in Education especially in Diploma or Degree program
