REQUIREMENTS/RESPONSIBILITIES/JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Probation Period: 3 months
- Possess good communication skills ,both written and spoken;
- Assist in daily administrative duties for the company;
- Handle day-to-day matters and providing efficient support for administration processes;
- Communicate with internal and external parties on matters related to administrative activities;
- Proficient in MS Office Applications, i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint and etc.
- Responsible for maintaining half sets of accounts:

- Invoice, Delivery order, AR payment, preparing monthly sales reports and arrangements for delivery.
- Must be able to work independently and team player.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
