**About the role**

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Pest Control Technician & Driver to join our team at 1STEP Pest Control Specialist Sdn Berhad. This full-time role is based in the Johor Bahru Region and will involve providing expert pest control services to our valued customers, as well as delivering necessary equipment and supplies.

**What you'll be doing**
- Performing comprehensive pest control treatments in residential and commercial properties
- Identifying and eliminating a variety of pest infestations, including insects, rodents, and other pests
- Conducting property inspections and providing recommendations for ongoing pest management
- Transporting and maintaining pest control equipment and supplies
- Ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction
- Maintaining accurate documentation and records of all pest control activities

**What we're looking for**
- At least 1 year of experience as a Pest Control Technician or in a similar role
- Valid PAL Licence.
- Knowledge of various pest control methods, products, and techniques
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong customer service orientation and excellent communication skills
- Valid driving license and experience operating a commercial vehicle
- Commitment to safety and following all relevant regulations and protocols
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required
