Skincare Advisor

**Job Requirements**
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent. A background in beauty, skincare, or cosmetology is an advantage
- Prior experience in retail or beauty sales is preferred.
- Knowledge of skincare products and their benefits.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to recommend suitable skincare solutions based on customer needs.
- Well-groomed and presentable to represent the brand professionally.
- Enthusiastic, friendly, and customer-focused.
- Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Knowledge of other languages is a bonus.
- Able to stand for extended periods during shifts.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Greet and engage customers warmly, building rapport to understand their skincare needs.
- Provide expert advice on products, benefits, and proper usage techniques.
- Actively promote skincare and beauty products to drive sales.
- Maintain a professional image and represent the brand’s values.
- Educate customers about the brand's philosophy and skincare range.
- Record daily sales and prepare reports for the manager.
- Track customer feedback to improve services.
- Handle any customer complaints or issues professionally.
- Continuously improve skincare and sales techniques.
