We are looking for a Regulatory Compliance Associate to join us

Our client is a regional investment firm with a focus on supporting and driving growth in promising companies across Asia Pacific. They partner with established and emerging institutions, offering a diverse range of investment solutions and fostering long-term partnerships.

**Your responsibilities are**:

- Continuously research and stay updated on regulations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, assisting them with completing and reviewing KYC documentation.
- Prepare and review FATCA and CRS forms for accurate tax reporting.
- Support compliance by reviewing documentation based on internal KYC/AML/CRS policies.
- Contact clients to obtain necessary KYC information and documentation.
- Interact with clients on issues related to anti-money laundering measures.
- Prepare detailed client-specific KYC analyses as required.
- Work closely with various teams to ensure effective implementation and adherence to regulations.

**You are qualified if you have**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Strong understanding of KYC/AML/CRS regulations
- Experience in client onboarding and documentation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
