Solar Technician

**Installation & Commissioning**
- Assist in the installation, wiring, and commissioning of solar PV systems, including solar panels, inverters, batteries, and mounting structures.

**System Maintenance**
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on solar energy systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.

**Troubleshooting**
- Identify, diagnose, and repair electrical faults, equipment malfunctions, and system performance issues.

**Site Assessments**
- Support site surveys to assess technical requirements, shading analysis, and system layout planning.

**Testing & Inspection**
- Conduct electrical testing, performance monitoring, and safety inspections to verify system integrity and compliance with standards.

**Safety Compliance**
- Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment during installation and maintenance activities.

**Technical Support**
- Provide technical assistance and training to junior technicians and support staff as needed.

**Job Requirement**:

- At least Diploma, preferable Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- 3 years or above relevant experience.
- Experience with energy storage systems, hybrid systems, and off-grid installations, proficiency in using electrical testing tools, multimeters, and solar monitoring equipment and strong understanding of solar energy technologies, electrical systems, and renewable energy equipment.
- Able to travel overseas and communicate well between HQ (China) and client (India).

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
