**Mold Repair & Maintenance**:

- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on molds, including cleaning, lubricating, and inspecting for wear and damage.
- Troubleshoot and repair molds during production downtime to minimize disruptions.
- Conduct mold diagnostics to identify defects such as cracking, rusting, or other damage.

Mold Assembly & Disassembly:

- Assist in the assembly, disassembly, and installation of molds used in manufacturing.
- Ensure molds are properly installed and aligned in machines for efficient operation.

**Preventive Maintenance**:

- Develop and implement a preventive maintenance schedule for all molds.
- Inspect and monitor mold wear over time and recommend necessary actions to prevent future issues.

**Mold Improvement**:

- Suggest and implement improvements to mold designs, cooling systems, and components to enhance mold longevity and performance.
- Recommend and assist with upgrades and retrofits to improve operational efficiency.

**Technical Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate records of mold maintenance, repairs, and improvements.
- Provide detailed reports on mold status, repairs completed, and recommendations for future work.

**Safety Compliance**:

- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures when handling molds, tools, and equipment.
- Ensure that all mold-related maintenance activities are carried out in compliance with company safety standards and regulations.
