Prepare all manual and electronic payments for payment processing.
- Data entry of daily incoming and outgoing transaction in Daily Cash Flow reports.
- Data entry of incoming transactions into SAP system.
- Assist Treasury Executive on daily cash flow reporting.
- Assist Treasury Executive on monthly closing activities.
- Support daily treasury activities, which include cash management, funding and reporting.
- Provide clerical and admin support.
- Liaise with banks and internal departments for operational matters.
- Assist with ad-hoc duties as assigned by Treasury Executive/Manager.

**Job Requirements**
- Minimally Diploma in Accounting, Banking, Business Studies or any related disciplines.
- Minimum 2 years working experience in related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Words, hands on experience in SAP will be an added advantage.
- Self-motivated team player with strong problem solving and analytical skills.
- Possesses good interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently.
- Highly organized with good attention to detail and follow-through.
- Committed, strong sense of urgency towards deadline.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Pasir Gudang.

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
