**Responsibilities：**
- Develop promotional plans based on company requirements; plan and execute marketing activities and campaigns.
- Handle customer inquiries and attend to client visits.
- Assist in designing and producing marketing and digital content (e.g., social media posts, presentation materials).
- Manage social media accounts (FB/IG), schedule postings, and monitor engagement and performance.
- Participate in business development projects, including lead follow-ups and basic market research.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as document filing, record updates, and post-event reporting.
- Complete tasks assigned by the General Manager and support ad-hoc duties when required.

**Job Requirements：**
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; relevant work experience will be an added advantage.
- Background in marketing, business, sales, communications, or related fields is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, organised, and able to work independently.
- Good command of **English**; basic proficiency in **Malay** and **Mandarin** is preferred to communicate with diverse clients and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Canva / social media tools will be an advantage.
