Maintenance Supervisor

Monitor and supervise all works assigned to subordinates / contractors
- Manage schedules to achieve cost effectiveness for engineering works
- Ensure compliance of work standards & procedures
- Support the upkeep and maintenance of the property and its surroundings
- Take full charge of electrical, A.V, aircond and plumbing sections
- Responsible in maintaining the electrical substation, meter room, feeder pillars and all other electrical panels in good and safe condition at all time
- Take the full charge of the standby generator set in term of engineering operation and testing
- Responsible in keeping all electrical wiring in good and safe condition all time
- Monitor and plan of preventive and routine maintenance of electrical equipment
- To perform daily planned maintenance work order
- Troubleshoot and repair all electrical and mechanical breakdowns of equipment
- Responsible for the proper organization and functioning of the maintenance and repair function of the Engineering department
- Through proper programming and scheduling determine routine and preventive maintenance schedules and assure their implementation

**Skills Required**:

- Good written and talk in English in order to communicate with guests
- Presentable, well groomed with leadership quality.
- Able to work under pressure.

**Experience**:

- Minimum 2 year experience in engineering field

- Maintenance: 2 years (required)
