To assist the Sales Department with the administration work, in coordinating between sales and service to improve work flow efficiency in order to achieve sales and profitability growth for the company.
**Responsibilities**
- Handle and respond promptly to customer inquiries via various communication channels
- Provide administrative support to the management
- Prepare and issue customer invoices accurately and on time
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through professional support and service
- Maintain clear and effective communication with customers across platforms.
**Requirements**:
- Must be able to speak fluently in **Mandarin and English.**:
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
