**1. Site Supervision & Coordination**
- Supervise and monitor daily site activities to ensure work is carried out according to drawings, specifications, and schedules.
- Allocate and manage manpower, tools, and equipment to achieve project targets.
- Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors to resolve site issues.

**2. Quality & Compliance**
- Ensure all works are executed in compliance with company standards, project specifications, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor workmanship and material usage to minimize wastage and defects.
- Assist QA/QC team in inspections and implement corrective measures when required.

**3. Safety & Discipline**
- Enforce site safety rules, toolbox talks, and proper use of PPE by all workers.
- Report unsafe practices and ensure corrective actions are taken immediately.
- Maintain worker discipline and ensure compliance with site policies.

**4. Progress Monitoring & Reporting**
- Track daily progress and update supervisors/engineers on work status.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports on manpower, materials, and site activities.
- Assist in planning and sequencing of work to meet project deadlines.

**5. Material & Resource Management**
- Monitor material usage and maintain proper records of in/out materials at site.
- Raise material requisitions in advance to avoid project delays.
- Ensure tools, machinery, and equipment are well-maintained and used efficiently.

**6. Ad Hoc Duties**
- Perform any other duties assigned by Management or Project Team related to site supervision and project operations.

**Job Types**: Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
