**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role and will be responsible for supporting kitchen operations, assisting with food preparation, and ensuring a high standard of hygiene and safety in the kitchen. Day-to-day tasks include cooking and assisting senior chefs with various culinary tasks, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, and communicating effectively with the kitchen team.

**Qualifications**
- Food Preparation and Cooking skills following standard recipes and procedures.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
- Culinary Skills.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to strict hygiene and food safety standards.
- Assist with receiving and storing food supplies.
- Good Communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
- Formal culinary training or relevant certifications are beneficial.

**Requirements**:

- Preferably with some F&B or kitchen experience.
- Previous experience in a kitchen environment (preferably) and basic kitchen skills (cutting, cooking).
- Fast learner, able to follow instructions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and procedures.
- Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Honest, punctual, neat, and hardworking.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays (schedule can be discussed).
- Team player with a good attitude and willingness to grow.
- Typhoid and Food Handling Certificate required.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
