**Job Scope**:**Job Purpose**
- Responsible for the day to day deliverables: Delivery of portfolio securities valuation for fund administered under Multifonds and HiPortfolio platforms (12 Entities of the Group) including: CPS Pricing L1/L2 - FX & Interest Rates L1 - Stale Price Analysis L1 - Customer Support L1 - EUCs Update and Daily Maintenance L1 - (*L1:Maker / *L2: Reviewer)
- Accountable for Global Servicing from operating location (includes shifts and work on bank / legal holidays and weekend when required)
- Maintain statistics up to date (including daily team checklist update)
- Maintain organizational relationship with Management line
- Ensure effective resolution of enquiries
- Escalation of issues & problems
- Ensure effective resolution of enquiries

**Key Responsibilities** **Operational Excellence**
- Accountable for the day to day production for activities under responsibilities
- Maintain highest level of service quality and performance in compliance with the activity mission and objectives
- Identify issues and problems in service delivery and escalate immediately
- Ensure effective logging and resolution / follow up of enquiries and liaise with appropriate parties to resolve / escalate queries / problems within agreed timescales
- Maintain relevant KPIs / KQIs up to date (including daily team checklist update)
- Participate in an environment of continuous improvement and change that covers workflow, processes and procedures on an on-going basis in collaboration with the CPS Expertise Centre
- Ensure second level review in specific & identified tasks

**Relationship and Communication**
- Maintain efficient communication channels with managers, coordinators and team members
- Timely resolution/escalation of inter-departmental and cross functional queries
- Good communication channels with internal parties
- Develop and maintain good relationships with relevant colleagues
- Ensure collaborative relationship across jurisdictional, functional and cultural boundaries when required for the daily operations

**Team Interaction In agreement with the Management of the team, the Administrator will be responsible for the following points**:
