Account Exec

The Account Executive report to the Finance & Account Manager and is responsible for:
1. Meeting and liaising with staff to discuss and identify their advertising requirements;
2. Working with account manager that meets the brief and budget;
3. Presenting ideas and budget to Account Manager;
4. Working with the Account Manager to brief media, creative and research staff and assisting with the formulation of marketing strategies;
5. Ensuring the communication flows effectively;
6. Negotiating with supplier about the details of event;
7. Handling budgets, minimize the cost and controlling cash flow;
8. Writing sales, management and stock report;
9. Monitoring the effectiveness of event;
10. Liaising and following up regularly with supplier;
12. Managing full set of account;
13. Record and filling account activities;
14. Developing Standard of procedure (SOP) of account activities.

Pay: RM2,700.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
