Job Overview:
As a Designer at Scale Global Ventures, you will play a vital role in supporting our creative team in designing and executing visual content that aligns with our brand and engages our audience. You will work closely with the design lead and other cross-functional teams to contribute to the creation of compelling design assets for various channels, including digital, print, and social media.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the design lead and team members to conceptualize and execute design projects.
- Assist in the creation of visual assets, including graphics, illustrations, and layouts for digital and print materials.
- Maintain brand consistency and adhere to established design guidelines in all projects.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas.
- Support the production of marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, and social media graphics.
- Assist with photo editing, retouching, and image optimization.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and design software to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and ensuring quality output.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Basic understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
- Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
- Eagerness to learn, adapt, and take constructive feedback.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
