**What you'll do on a typical day**:
Regional first point of contact for SAP SuccessFactors suite, specifically to our internal PERI customers of APAC region.

Your core tasks and responsibilities include:

- **Data Management**:help data owners to manage data, including importing and exporting
- **Troubleshooting**:autonomously diagnose and resolve technical challenges and issues
- **Report Generation**:generate custom reports and analyse data for decision-making purposes; create KPIs and dashboards to support global stakeholders and assist users to rectify issues for better data quality
- **Training and Support**: provide training and on-going support to diverse stakeholders
- **Monitor system and processes**: oversee processes, monitor performance, provide suggestions and feedback for existing modules to enhance value for users
- **Analytical skills**: ability to analyse specific needs of users, highlighting common issues and their solutions with maintenance of the system
- **User Access management**: manage user access, permissions, ensuring users have access as per their role and responsibilities

**What you'll need to be successful**:

- Degree / Education in IT, Business Administration or alike
- Very good knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors modules and functionality
- Having 2-5 years of working experience
- Intercultural competence
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Technical skills
- Fluency in English
