Role and Responsibilities:

- Responsible for meeting design requests for the business development/marketing team and our clients.
- Develop and produce artwork and advertising across different products and markets.
- Create user-friendly and attractive digital assets across all marketing channels.
- Work closely and collaboratively with the other team members and other internal stakeholders.
- Proactively contribute in identifying emerging design trends and to internal creative discussions.
- Research and analyse current design techniques and solutions.
- Arrange and monitor weekly design schedule.
- Monitor status of current products and designs and continuously identify ways to improve experience.

- 负责公司日常宣传、策划设计制作。
- 广告平面设计、制作及其它图文处理。企业宣传资料的设计、制作与创新。
- 与协作方沟通,保证各类平面项目的质量极其时间的把握,满足需求。
- 协助其他部门人员对设计及美学方面的工作顺利完成。
- 利用自身的行业背景和知识,在设计和制作上有效的控制成本,进行监督。
- 分析现有的设计技巧与策略,定期安排和监督每周设计的流程。

Skills and Qualification:

- 3+ years of experience, preferably with digital agency background
- Proficiency in Adobe Suite CC 2020 - AfterEffects, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, etc.
- Experience with Canvas and UI/UX design.
- Exceptional creativity and layout skills.
- Able to manage conflicting requirements from different stakeholders.
- Good organisational and interpersonal skills
- Good verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin to communicate with Mandarin-speaking associates and team members.
- Proficient in managing tight deadlines and expectations
- Knowledge in crypto is a bonus.

任职资格:

- 三年以上相关的经验,广告代理工作背景为佳。
- 精通Adobe Suite CC 2020操作 - AfterEffects, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro。
- 熟悉 Canvas 与 UI/UX 设计。
- 精通英文和华语,良好的书面和口头沟通能力。
- 富有创造性思考,发现设计的新视角。
- 有上进心,态度良好及及时完成工作。
- 拥有crypto领域知识为佳。
