**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented **Junior Production Planner** to support our production planning team in ensuring smooth scheduling and timely order fulfillment. This role is ideal for individuals with 1-2 years of experience in manufacturing planning who are eager to grow their career in a modern, Industry 4.0-enabled environment. You will work closely with the Senior Planner and cross-functional teams to support planning tasks using our Epicor ERP and HYDRA X MES systems.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in generating daily and weekly production schedules based on confirmed orders and inventory availability.
- Support data entry and schedule maintenance within the Epicor ERP system.
- Monitor production order progress and update status in the HYDRA X MES system.
- Communicate with the warehouse and production teams to confirm material availability for scheduled jobs.
- Flag any delays, material shortages, or capacity constraints to the Senior Planner.
- Help prepare basic production reports (e.g. order status, machine utilization, delivery timelines).
- Maintain accurate records of planning documents and system data for traceability, and reporting findings to management.
- Participate in planning meetings and contribute to improvement discussions.
- Diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to machinery, equipment, and production processes
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the Senior Planner

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of working experience in a production planning or manufacturing coordination role (preferred).
- Basic understanding of production processes, scheduling, and inventory control.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (Epicor is an advantage) and/or MES systems (HYDRA X preferred).
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with others to achieve common goals.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic reporting.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing production needs and troubleshoot unexpected issues.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
