**Qualifications**
- Degree holder (Fresh graduated), provide training.
- Fluent in Mandarin is required (Oral and Written).
- A valid driver’s license is required.
- Attention to detail and problem solving ability.
- Proficiency in logistics or supply role preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of shipping rules and procedures is a plus.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- **Inventory Management**:

- Carry out stock counts and audits periodically.
- Assist in tracking and managing inventory levels.
- Monitor inventory levels and perform regular stock checks to ensure accuracy.
- Update inventory records in the system and report discrepancies to the logistics manager.
- Assist in maintaining an orderly warehouse, ensuring goods are stored properly and safely.
- Ensure cleanliness warehouse
- **Outgoing and receiving coordination**:

- Prepare and process shipping documents, including labeling and documentation.
- Schedule and track shipments, ensuring timely delivery of goods to customers or distribution centers.
- The role involves collaborating with carries, suppliers, and customers to confirm delivery details and address any logístical issues, including ensuring the recording of damaged or missing items.
