Clinical Research Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the Clinical Project Manager/Designee and project teams to ensure seamless execution of clinical trials in accordance with protocols, regulatory requirements, and company SOPs.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of regulatory documents to relevant health authorities and ethics committees.
- Coordinate and oversee the collection, maintenance, and review of study documentation, source data verification, and case report form completion
- Participate in site selection and initiation activities, including investigator meetings, site training, and study start-up procedures.
- Monitor study progress, patient recruitment, and data quality at clinical sites, identifying and resolving issues as needed.
- Act as a primary point of contact for investigative sites, providing guidance and support throughout the trial lifecycle.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of study supplies, investigational products, and study-specific materials.
- Contribute to the development of study-specific training materials and ensure site personnel are adequately trained on study protocols and procedures.
- Collaborate with data management and biostatistics teams to ensure accurate and timely data collection, entry, and analysis.
- Assist in the preparation of study reports, presentations, and other project-related deliverables.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of relevant regulations, guidelines, and industry best practices.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in life sciences, pharmacy, nursing, or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus. Certificate course in clinical research/regulatory affairs will be added advantage
