**Chargeman (GCPV Certified)**

**Job Summary**:
Responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of solar photovoltaic (PV) systems, overseeing the overall operation of a solar plant, ensuring its optimal performance, and complying with all safety regulations, typically requiring a relevant electrical license to manage high-voltage systems, while also performing troubleshooting, data analysis, and reporting on system health and efficiency.

**Responsibilities**:

- Performing routine inspections and maintenance on solar PV systems, including cleaning panels, checking connections, monitoring inverter performance, and identifying potential issues.
- Assisting with the installation of solar panels, inverters, racking systems, wiring, and other solar components, ensuring proper connections and compliance with electrical standards.
- Diagnosing and resolving electrical faults within the solar system, including component failures, wiring issues, and power fluctuations.

**Skills Required**:

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Willingness to travel.
- Proficiency in various software tools, including AutoCAD.
- Results-oriented with project management skills.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent experience
- SEDA GCPV Certified or soon to be certified
- Knowledge of photovoltaics
- Minimum 2/3 year of relevant experience
