**1. Personal Care Assistance**:

- Help residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
- Assist with eating and drinking, ensuring residents nutritional needs are met.
- Provide medication reminders and assist with medication administration, as directed by healthcare professionals.

**2.** **Health Monitoring**:

- Observe and report any changes in residents health conditions, behavior, or mood to the nursing staff.
- Assist in taking vital signs, such as blood pressure, pulse, and temperature, and maintain accurate health records.
- Help with simple physical therapy exercises and mobility support.

**3*.**Emotional Support and Companionship:*
- Engage in conversations, listen to concerns, and provide emotional support to residents.
- Encourage social interaction and participation in recreational activities.
- Accompany residents to appointments, walks, and social outings, as needed.

**4*.**Housekeeping and Environmental Maintenance:*
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks, such as making beds, laundry, and tidying up living areas.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment by following sanitation and infection control protocols.
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
- Involve in EXCO work and administration.

**5*.**Communication and Coordination:*
- Communicate effectively with residents, their families, and other members of the healthcare team.
- Document care provided and report any incidents or concerns according to the facility's policies.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices in elderly care.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM1,500.00 per month
