**Responsibilities**:

- We are representing one of our multinational client in Transportation & Logistic Industry, currently looking for Shipping Assistant Manager located in Sungai Buloh, Selangor.
- **Job Description**:

- To set up logistics functions in factory environment.
- To identify role of logistics and explain to customers.
- Creating and implementing shipping SOP.
- Work together with customer on strategic shipping plan and executing efficient mode of goods deliveries.
- To optimized resources, closely monitor the productivity levels to ensure smooth delivery of end product.
- Ensure timely, accurate and secure delivery in most cost effective manner.
- Update shipping forecast, space booking and negotiation.
- Accelerate logistics KPI, FOB cost summary.
- Yearly review and evaluate carrier’s performance in order to maintain a competitive rate.
- Job Requirement:

- Diploma / Degree in Supply Chain / Logistics / Business Administrative or it’s equivalent.
- At least 5 years’ experience handling export matters in factory environment.
- Experience in export shipment planning is mandatory.
- Knowledge in Freight Rate, FOB Costing is preferred.
- Extensive experiences in shipment export and documentations.
- Competent in dealing with customs and forwarders.
- Excellent organizational and coordinating abilities.
- Possess good decision making skill.
- Good communication in English, Malay and Mandarin (Role need liaise China & Hong Kong counterparts)**Benefits**:
