As we prepare to launch, we are looking for a motivated and experienced Supervisor to join our dynamic team and help lead our front-of-house operations.

As a **Supervisor**at our Changtara Thai restaurant, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and vibrant environment for our guests. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the restaurant, from overseeing daily service to maintaining exceptional standards of food quality, customer service, and staff performance, lead by example, guiding and supporting our team of servers, bartenders, and hosts while ensuring that every guest has a memorable dining experience.

You’ll work closely with our front-of-house, kitchen, bar and management team to provide seamless service and an exceptional experience that keeps guests coming back for more.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a supervisory or customer service management role in a fast-paced restaurant environment, ideally in a full-service or upscale setting.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.
- Passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact positively with guests and staff.
- Solid understanding of food and beverage operations, with a keen interest in Thai cuisine a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to handle guest complaints or concerns with tact and professionalism.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Knowledge of POS systems, scheduling software, and basic financial reporting.
- A positive, proactive attitude with a focus on teamwork and high service standards.

Responsibilities also include supporting of overall inventory management, restaurant area cleanliness, and potentially training staff.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Preparation and Serve**: Oversee daily front-of-house operations, ensuring service standards are met and the restaurant runs smoothly.Handle opening and closing duties, including cash handling and preparing the restaurant for service.
- **Dining Development**: Provide exceptional customer service, handling guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and care. Monitor the dining area and ensure that guests are seated promptly, and service is timely and attentive.
- **Quality Control**: Conduct team training sessions to ensure all staff are knowledgeable about the menu, ingredients, and service procedures.
- **Communication Skill**: Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
- **Inventory Management**: Assist in managing restaurant inventory, ensuring that all supplies are stocked and properly organized.
- **Team-work**: Lead, motivate, and develop a team of servers, bartenders, and hosts, fostering a positive and efficient work environment.
- **Health & Safety Standards**: Ensure that health and safety regulations are followed, including food handling and sanitation standards.

- **Cost Analysis**: Reviewing operational cost analysis and ensuring it stays within budget.
