**Role Description**

This is a full-time role for a Membership Consultant, located on-site in Petaling Jaya. The Membership Consultant will be responsible for managing membership sales, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring effective communication with prospective and existing members. Key daily tasks include conducting tours of the facility, explaining membership benefits and pricing, and following up with potential members. The role also involves meeting and exceeding sales targets and maintaining a high level of engagement with club members.

**Qualifications**
- Experience in Sales
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Ability to engage with and manage Membership interactions
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-focused attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in the Sales line is an advantage
- High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
