**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage and monitor the plant overall operation efficiency (Labor productivity, safety, plant cleanliness, and inventory management)
- Manage orders and give substantive suggestions when face emergency (Included mixer truck breakdown, batching plant breakdown, concrete quality issue and balance stock level of raw material in critical
- Communicate effectively with workers, drivers, and other stakeholders include employee engagement, response time to inquiries, and quality of communication.
- Organize and manage documentation related to environmental, health and safety, and ISO/SSEN206/MS EN206 standards in the ready mixed concrete industry. Additionally, the supervisor ensures that the plant complies with relevant regulations and requirements
- Manage costs associated with production, including labor, materials, and equipment, and to identify and implement cost-saving measures where possible.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, by ensuring that orders are delivered on time, and that any issues or complaints are addressed promptly and effectively.
- Ensure proper maintenance and inspections of plant equipment. It includes overseeing regular maintenance, scheduling repairs, and conducting routine safety inspections.
Pay: From RM3,000.00 per month
