Robotics Trainer

Assalamualaikum and hi **Nextgen Makers Robotic Academy** is looking for an enthusiastic and creative **Robotic Trainer** to join our team and introduce young minds to the exciting world of robotics If you have a passion for teaching and an innovative approach to learning, we want to hear from you

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and deliver engaging, hands-on robotics lessons for primary and secondary students.
- Foster a fun and supportive learning environment that encourages curiosity and problem-solving.
- Assist children in building simple robots and teaching them basic coding concepts and troubleshoot issues.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a seamless and enriching learning experience.
- Monitor and assess children’s progress and provide feedback to parents.
- Ensure a safe and nurturing environment during all activities.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in teaching young children, preferably who are kids friendly.
- A relevant diploma or degree or certification in Robotics, Engineering, Programming, STEM, or related fields is needed, but not required.
- Background in Early Chilhood Education(ECE) is a plus.
- College, University Student's or working adults are welcome to join us
- A passion for robotics and technology, with an ability to simplify complex concepts for young learners.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create engaging and educational lesson plans.
- A creative mindset with the ability to adapt to different learning styles.
- Patience, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude.
- Experience with coding tools for young children, such as Scratch, C++, or other robotics kits designed for early learners, is highly desirable.
- Able to work in Bandar Hillpark, Puncak Alam
- Able to work starting on May 2025 onwards.
