Retail Advisor

**Employment Duration**: Contract (Renewable Based on Performance)

**Working Days**: 5 days per week (rotational including weekends and PH)

**Working Hours**: Retail Operating Hours (Depending on Schedule)*

**Monthly Salary**:

- Basic Salary: RM 1800 - RM2200
- Shift Allowance: Depending on Schedule
- Mobile Allowance: up to RM 100*
- Travel Allowance: Pay & Claim Basis*
- Incentives: Based on Sales Performance*

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist walk-in customers, present, and promote company products and services to existing and prospective customers.
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Responsible for generating leads to acquire new customers.
- Actively involved in roadshows, events, and any promotional activities arranged and set by the company.
- Achieve agreed-upon sales target and outcome within the schedule.

**Job Requirements**:

- SPM/Diploma/Degree.
- Minimum of 1 year of working experience in sales/telesales/customer service, with a good sales record.
- Excellent communication skills in English & Bahasa Melayu.
- Customer-oriented, sales-driven, and presentable.
- Degree Fresh Graduates who are keen to be in the sales and customer service line are encouraged to apply.
- Must be fully vaccinated.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
