Rehab Trainer

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct initial assessments to determine clients' physical capabilities and rehabilitation needs.
- Develop and implement customized rehabilitation and training programs to improve mobility, strength, and overall physical function.
- Monitor clients’ progress, adjusting programs as needed to ensure continued improvement and safety.
- Provide one-on-one training sessions and offer guidance, encouragement, and corrections during exercises.
- Educate clients on proper techniques, injury prevention, and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
- Work collaboratively with physical therapists, doctors, and other healthcare professionals to create comprehensive rehabilitation plans.
- Maintain accurate records of clients’ progress, injuries, and treatment plans.
- Ensure a safe and supportive environment for clients during rehabilitation sessions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, techniques, and certifications related to rehabilitation and fitness training.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Physical Therapy, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a Rehab Trainer, Personal Trainer, or similar role (minimum of 1-2 years).
- Certification in rehabilitation training, personal training, or any related specialty (e.g., NASM, ACE, or equivalent).
- In-depth knowledge of anatomy, kinesiology, and rehabilitation techniques.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire clients.
- Empathetic, patient, and passionate about helping others recover.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Sales experience or a demonstrated ability to attract and retain clients is highly desirable.
