**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**

*As per supervisor instruction in DWI.

*Acts as work responsible for the Electrical & Instrumentation Installation.

*Supervise work execution on site, develop procedures and instruction for either maintenance, shutdown or project to ensure compliance to safety, specification, standard and procedures in order to achieve highest quality of the work.

*Is responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance activities on power
supply systems, electrical & instrumentation components.

*Carry out Electrical & Instrumentation testing for instrumentation device, control values, control and rely panels, etc as per assigned by the projects.

*Read and interpreted Construction and Technical drawings.

*Read, understand and interpret schematics, ladder drawings, technical specifications and manufacture’s manuals related to repair, maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical instrumentation and control equipment.

*Install, maintain, repair and troubleshoot electrical systems including, but not limited to generators, PLC’s, electric motors, motor controls, flow equipment, alarm and telemetry systems, heating and exhaust systems, conduits, cable and relays.

*Ensures that all work complies with HSSE policy, procedures and guidelines.

*Electrical and Pneumatic Actuator Installation.

*Inspection of Instrumentation Installation work.

*Preparation of Test reports.

*Preparation of As-Built Drawings,Test pack and Loop Folder.

*Perform Loop checking.

*Perform Cable ladders and support fabrication inspection.

*Your role includes testing stated but not limited to the list below
i. Electrical and Instrumentation Panel
ii. Field Instruments
iii. Instrumentation Tubing and Fittings
iv. Electrical and Instrumentation Cables
v. Cable Glanding and Termination work

*To take on additional appointments from time to time assigned by the immediate supervisor.

*Ensure that the work done meet the statutory, corporate and client requirements.

*To maintain high standard of productivity and safety through proper work attitude.

*Ensure compliance with safety standards, local legislation, statutory requirements and regulations as well as client’s corporate guidelines while performing testing.

*Reports all accidents/ incidents/ near misses and potential hazards immediately.

*Must be available to work overtime, holidays, weekends, for emergency call-out situations
and on-call rotation.
