Provide a critical link between management and clinical care
- Overseeing patient-care operations
- Provide personal care, meal assistance, transportation, medication management, and other health care duties as needed
- Assigning and monitoring staff nurses/other clinical staff by identifying and implementing quality improvements
- Managing of roster, staff attendance, performance
- Must possess excellent communication and leadership skills
- 24 Hours security home
- Shirt uniform/Scrubs provided
- Office working hours with minimum of 45 hours and maximum of 48 hours per week
- Overtime entitlement if working more than 48 hours per week
- Yearly assessment for promotion
- Probation up to 6 months with permanent full-time job
- Medical Claim up to RM800 per year
- Starting salary of RM3,800 to RM4200
- Monthly allowance entitlement such as Travelling Allowance and others

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM3,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
