To maintain accurate records of the quality of incoming products given quality standards. 6. Approved incoming materials by confirming specifications conducting visual and measurement tests, rejecting and returning unacceptable materials 7. Research and analyze produce items that are beyond their normal replenishment shipping time guidelines. 8. Documented inspection results by completing reports and logs, summarizing re-work and waste; inputting data into quality database. 9. Kept equipment operating by following operating instructions; calling for repairs. 10. Maintained a safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations. 11. Trained and managed quality control sorters and achieved significant improvements in their productivity. 12. Report on errors to allow identification of root causes and removal of barriers to accuracy, both internal and external.
