**Job Description**:

- Analyze and implement product requirements in a web-based system using one or more technologies.
- Develop customer-specific features and enhancements for the product.
- Assist hands-on with coding, debugging, and maintaining the codebase.
- Independently implement and ensure the quality of product increments.
- Document code, processes, and technical specifications to ensure stability, maintainability, and scalability.
- Provide constructive feedback to team members to improve overall performance.
- Actively contribute to brainstorming sessions and offer creative ideas for product improvement.

- Qualifikationen- **Qualifications**:

- Degree in IT or Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies.
- IT and Programming related certification.
- Proficient in Python and Javascript (React JS) and willingness to learn new technologies.
- Familiar with GitHub and Agile practices is a plus. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
