**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take customer orders accurately and process payments.
- Prepare and serve food and beverages (if applicable) according to company standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kiosk and work area.
- Replenish stock and monitor inventory levels.
- Follow safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Assist in opening and closing duties of the kiosk.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly.
- Work as part of a team to achieve daily sales and service goals.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in retail or food service is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and operating POS systems.
- Flexible with working hours, including weekends and holidays.
