We are seeking a **Delivery Manager** specializing in Data & Analytics.

You will lead the agile delivery of multi-squad projects, ensuring alignment between technical teams and business objectives. If you have a passion for driving successful project outcomes, we encourage you to apply.

**Responsibilities**
- Lead the agile delivery of Data & Analytics projects using Scrum methodology
- Facilitate sprint ceremonies across multiple agile squads
- Manage delivery timelines, scope, and risks
- Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to prioritize backlog items
- Coach team members on agile best practices
- Track progress using tools like JIRA and Confluence and report delivery status to stakeholders
- Coordinate cross-functional delivery streams
- Ensure compliance with project security requirements

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 8 years of IT experience
- At least 3 years in delivery or leadership roles
- Proven experience in Data Delivery Management
- Strong understanding of Scrum methodology and agile principles
- Knowledge of Data Modeling Concepts
- Stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience using JIRA, Confluence, or equivalent tools
- Fluent in English

**Nice to have**
- Exposure to Data Visualization tools or BI concepts
- Familiarity with GenAI implementation planning
- Experience working in mid-cap or enterprise environments
- Understanding of hybrid cloud ecosystems
