**Responsibilities**:

- To provide excellent, efficient and consistent level of service to customers.
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, present menu, up selling, recommending orders and taking customer’s order.
- To follow and abide to the company’s Standard Operating Procedures.
- To perform general housekeeping and cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, cleaning glasses, furniture & fittings, laying of tables etc.
- Arrange breads and pastries in an orderly manner.
- Proactive to learn about product knowledge.
- Maintain high personal appearance, hygiene standards, tidiness and cleanliness in the outlet.
- Maintain good communication & working relationships with colleagues for achieving teamwork
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned by the direct supervisor

**Requirements**:

- At least 18 years old and above.
- Possess minimum SPM & above qualification.
- Able to work shift hours
- Have passion in the bakery / F&B retail industry.
