**RESPONSIBILITIES AUTHORITIES**

The Facilities Technician is responsible for the upkeep, troubleshooting, and repair of the facility’s systems and infrastructure, ensuring that the workspace remains safe, functional, and efficient. This includes performing routine maintenance on electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems to support overall facility operations and address any issues that could disrupt production or employee comfort.
- To perform routine maintenance for air dry / air compressor/ cooling tower / utilities supply and factory facilities.
- To conduct monthly inspection for Fire Hose Reel / Flood barrier / CCTV and clean Exhaust hood.
- Maintain the cleanliness and condition of the facility, including lighting, piping, and grounds maintenance tasks as needed.
- Keep detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections. Report issues and suggest improvements to enhance facility operations.
- Track and manage inventory of supplies, tools, and parts necessary for facility upkeep and repair.
- Support in any additional task as assigned by immediate superior.

**EDUCATIONAL/PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical / Electrical
- Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.

**WORKING EXPERIENCE**:

- 2 to 3 years of experience in facilities maintenance, preferably within a commercial or industrial environment.
- Able to work under pressure, independently and have high integrity.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
