**About Us**:
Sambal Bakar Malaya is a fast-growing restaurant brand specializing in authentic Malaysian grilled dishes and unique sambals. We’re looking for a motivated and capable **Branch Manager** to oversee the operations of one of our branches and ensure it meets our high standards of service, quality, and efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Operational Management**:

- Oversee the daily operations of the branch, ensuring smooth workflows and compliance with SOPs.
- Maintain food quality, cleanliness, and customer service standards.
- Monitor and improve the overall performance of the branch.
- **Team Leadership**:

- Supervise, train, and motivate staff to deliver excellent service and achieve branch goals.
- Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and performance evaluations.
- Resolve any staff-related issues professionally and efficiently.
- **Customer Engagement**:

- Ensure a positive customer experience by addressing complaints and feedback effectively.
- Build strong relationships with customers to drive loyalty and repeat business.
- **Inventory & Financial Control**:

- Monitor and manage inventory levels to avoid shortages or wastage.
- Ensure accurate cash handling and prepare daily financial reports for HQ.
- Work within the allocated budget and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- **Marketing & Promotions**:

- Implement marketing initiatives and promotions to increase sales and foot traffic.
- Collaborate with HQ on local campaigns and events.
- **Reporting**:

- Submit regular updates on sales, staff performance, and operational challenges to the Area Manager or HQ.
- Highlight any opportunities for growth or improvement within the branch.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Experience**: Minimum 2 years in a management role, preferably in F&B or hospitality.
- **Skills**:

- Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- **Qualifications**:

- Minimum SPM/Diploma in a related field (experience will be prioritized).
- **Others**:

- Must be flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
