**Job Descriptions**:

- Operate lab scale machine
- Maintain record-keeping systems, store and hygiene
- Counter check stock to maintain inventory
- Prepare sample in different forms; capsules, troches, ointments, creams, lotions, gels and suppositories.
- Liaise with doctor and government officer
- Package and label prepared sample
- Place and confirm that the beyond use date on the patient’s product label is correct
- Lead Lab & generate compounding formulation
- Execute operation & quality procedures on assigned randomly sampled scripts and document results following standards
- Responsible for daily order and logs in accordance to established policy & establish new standard
- Perform daily work on all equipment including tablet machines, counters, and cleaning balances
- Ensure that all relevant steps in each compound are verified with the supervising leader
- Hard working and as a team player
- Take part in relevant training
- Take part in departmental meetings, as well as in relevant educational programs
- May be asked to handle special projects as well as perform other duties that may be assigned.
- **Experience in Compounding Pharmacy is an added advantage.**

**Job Level Standard**:

- Qualification: Degree in Pharmacy or Registered Pharmacist.
- Proven experience as a lab technician or production assistant preferred.
- Good attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.
- Good problem solving and decision-making skills.
- Caring, compassion and highly motivated.
- Willingness to keep up to date with new products and practices.
- Proficiency in 2 or more languages (Malay, English or Chinese dialects).
- Knowledge of State laws regulating pharmaceutical compounding practice.
- Strong knowledge of product preparation, packaging and labeling as well as hygiene.
- Effective verbal communication, with co-staff, pharmacists, and the public.
- Strong ability to perform optimally in a team setting.
- Ability to excel performing multiple tasks at the same time without making errors.

**Salary**: RM6,500.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
