UCT is looking for a talented **Intern** to join us in **Malaysia**
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Support recruitment activities and execution to support company’s operations growth.
- Facilitate communication sessions such as counselling, grievances handling and coordinate quarterly Town Hall Meetings and follow-up action plans.
- Proactively identify gaps in the existing processes, propose and implement changes necessary to establish good HR practices.
- Administer PAN form changes process and ensure on-time communication to all parties involved on the changes.
- System & documentation maintenance**:keep record in p-files such as increment and promotion letters, updated employee’s details, rewards and punishment record. Also generate letters such as probation confirmation or other related company letters.
