**Job Overview**:
We’re looking for a creative and dynamic Social Media Marketing with strong graphic design skills to develop, implement, and oversee social media content across multiple platforms. In this role, you will be responsible for creating visually engaging graphics, videos, and written content to boost brand awareness, engage our audience, and drive growth. You should be up-to-date with social media trends, have a knack for storytelling, and understand the principles of effective graphic design.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Social Media Management: Develop, schedule, and publish content across social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook,Website).
- Content Creation: Design graphics, images, infographics, videos, and other multimedia assets for posts, ads, and campaigns.
- Campaign Development: Assist in the creation and execution of social media campaigns that align with brand goals and audience engagement strategies.
- Audience Engagement: Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and feedback on social platforms to build and maintain a strong online community.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze social media performance, providing insights and recommendations to optimize future content and campaigns.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all content aligns with brand voice, values, and visual identity.

**Qualifications**:

- Education: Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field OR
- Experience: Proven experience (2+ years) in social media marketing, content creation, or a similar role. Graphic design experience is a must.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro), Canva, and social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
- Writing Skills: Strong copywriting skills with the ability to convey brand messages effectively and creatively.
- Creativity: A keen eye for design, aesthetics, and storytelling; ability to come up with innovative content ideas.
- Data-Driven: Familiarity with social media analytics and experience using insights to improve performance.
- Adaptability: Ability to keep up with trends and adjust strategies as needed.

**Preferred Skills**:
Basic video editing skills

Experience with social media advertising

Strong understanding of brand building on social platforms

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
