**Job Summary**:
The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant branch. This includes ensuring excellent customer service, managing staff performance, maintaining quality standards, and achieving financial goals. The Branch Manager leads the team to uphold the brand image and deliver an outstanding dining experience.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Operational Management**:
- Oversee all FOH/BOH daily operations and enforce SOP's consistently.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Supervise team schedules, inventory control, and POS cash-ups.
- Ensure smooth kitchen and floor operations during service hours.
**Team Leadership**:
- Recruit, train, and manage restaurant staff, including scheduling and performance evaluations.
- Lead by example to maintain high standards of service and professionalism.
- Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions to improve efficiency and service.
**Customer Service**:
- Address and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.
- Monitor service quality and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Promote a welcoming and hospitable atmosphere.
**Financial Management**:
- Prepare and manage budgets, sales forecasts, and expense controls.
- Analyze financial reports and implement strategies to increase profitability.
- Control labor costs, food costs, and wastage.
**Marketing and Promotion**:
- Assist in planning and executing local marketing and promotional activities.
- Monitor competition and recommend strategies to maintain market edge.
**Requirements**:
- Diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Possess proven experience (2-3 years) in restaurant or hospitality management.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Good understanding of restaurant financial and cost control.
- Familiarity with POS systems, inventory tracking, and outlet-level P&L reporting.
- Must have valid Typhoid, Food Handlers Certificate and Vaccination Certificate (2 dose).

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
