Key Responsibilities:

- Present the company profile, handle customer inquiries and complaints, and build strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Identify new sales opportunities, prepare quotations and contract, negotiate pricing, and work toward increasing monthly sales targets.
- Conduct market analysis to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports and updates to management.
- Evaluate and negotiate with suppliers on pricing, quality, and terms, and resolve any delivery or product issues.
- Monitor stock levels, plan transport schedules, and manage full import/export documentation to avoid delays and shortages.
- Ensure all procurement and sales activities follow company policies, e-Invoicing standards, and sales and service tax (SST) regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of sales and purchasing transactions and update ERP or Excel systems for real-time tracking.
- Work closely with internal departments such as finance, operations, marketing, and production to support end-to-end business processes.
- Responsible for business development and intelligence activities to support strategic sales growth and optimize purchasing decisions.
- Perform additional sales and purchasing-related tasks and responsibilities as assigned to support departmental and organizational objectives.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant working experience.
- Have good knowledge in ISO 9001, 14001 and ISO 45001.
- Professional knowledge of logistics and Incoterms (e.g., FOB, CIF, DDP), along with relevant hands-on experience
- Good computer literacy in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail.
- Established connections with specialty gas companies or Semiconductor companies.

Note: Salary is negotiable based on relevant working experience and qualification.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: From RM3,000.00 per month
