**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Provide L3 support for the BWC Customer File system, troubleshoot RPG-based issues, and resolve production incidents.**:

- **Manage deployments and version control using ALDON.**:

- **Implement DevOps practices and automate deployments on AS400.**:

- **Perform system maintenance, optimize DB2 performance, and ensure compliance with security standards.**:

- **Collaborate with teams, document solutions, and share knowledge with team members.**

**Job Description - Grade Specific**:

- **Hands-on experience on AS400.**:

- **Strong RPG programming skills.**:

- **Knowledge of DB2 database management on AS400.**:

- **Experience with ALDON for automated software deployment.**:

- **Understanding of DevOps processes and best practices.**:

- **Ability to troubleshoot and resolve production issues efficiently.**:

- **Good documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills.**
