**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide product information and recommendations to customers.
- Demonstrate the features and benefits of mobile phones and accessories.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and store goals.
- Stay updated on the latest mobile phone trends and product knowledge.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous retail sales experience is a plus, but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
- Passion for mobile technology and gadgets.
