Our wide product range covers durable medical equipment to pain management, hypertension to diabetic care, aids for daily living to mobility products, wellness equipment to incontinence products, and many more.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Welcome customers by greeting customers and offer assistance.
- Advice customers by providing information on products; offering suggestions, opinions and demonstration as per customer requirements and needs.
- Plan and executive store sales and profitability targets of the Company, execute store-wide marketing and promotion campaigns.
- Ensure customer needs are met, complaints are resolved and service is quick and efficient.
- Ensure outlet are kept to the highest standards of cleanliness and tidiness, as well as visual merchandising standards.
- To prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports as required by the management.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS**
- 2 - 5 years’ experience in retail or other healthcare lines.
- Highly motivated, target driven with a proven track record in sales.
- Enthusiastic, disciplined and motivated.
- Good interpersonal, client relationship management and negotiation skills.
- Well-groomed with a pleasant personality and positive attitude.
- Must possess excellent presentation skills and be able to communicate professionally in written and spoken English and Mandarin.

**REMUNERATION & BENEFITS**

RM1,500 - RM3,500 (Remuneration package commensurate with experience and qualification) + Attractive Sales Incentive

**WORKING HOUR**:
Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 6.00pm

**WORKING LOCATION**:
Home Care Shop at Penang

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bukit Gelugor: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Sales: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (preferred)
- Bahasa (preferred)
