**Position: Transport Operations Associate**

**Location: Sepang, Selangor, Malaysia**

**Tenure: 1-year contract (renewable)**

**Salary: RM 2500 - RM 5500**

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate with transport service providers for efficient and timely solutions that meet customer deadlines.
- Handle urgent transport issues, make decisions, and escalate when needed.
- Provide real-time transport updates to stakeholders and address queries promptly.
- Identify and manage transport problems to prevent supply chain delays.
- Handle claims for shipment losses and damages.
- Ensure compliance with transport regulations and permits.
- Manage transport quotes, considering urgency and costs.
- Generate necessary reports and ensure smooth task handover.
- Support the Transport tracking team and follow directions from leaders.

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma or equivalent in Logistics, Transportation, Business Studies, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in transport management or freight forwarding.
- Comfortable with shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Team player with a customer-focused mindset.
- Strong decision-making skills and adaptability to changes.
- Proficient in English.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sepang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
