Objectives of this Role
- Represent our company’s products and services, starting with a deep and comprehensive understanding and following with consumer research to identify how our solutions meet needs.

Meet Monthly, and annual sales target through the successful implementation of sales and marketing strategies and tactics.

Generate leads and build relationships planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets.

Develop and implement territory action plan through comprehensive data analysis, and adjust sales techniques based on interactions and results in the field. Responsibilities

Build and maintain close business relationships with existing clients by understanding their needs and requirements.

Identification of potential new sales / business opportunities with existing and potential customers
- Identify appropriate prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage sales cycle to close new business in all categories offered
- Possess in-depth product knowledge and be able to communicating product benefits, ensuring they understand product features and placement to introduce/recommend to customer.

Through Sales analysis and market intelligence of the industry and business environment, develop actionable and measurable sales plan to enhance business reach.

Participate in business development plans to facilitate business expansion. - Achieve sales target consistently through efficient and effective selling activities to existing and potential customers.

Maintain inventory by restocking shelves, recording inventory levels, prompting store management to reorder when level appear low.

Assist on special promotions by setting up display at promotion aisle, prepare promotion report, removing when promotion end

Coordinate with other sales reps to ensure company quotas and standards are being met, performing market research and regular competitor monitoring

Others duties as assigned

Pay: From RM2,300.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Butterworth: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- STM/STPM (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Sales: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (preferred)
- Bahasa (preferred)
